I've been using this storage facility for several months now and couldn't be happier with the service. Piero, the owner, is exceptionally punctual and reliable. He's always on time for appointments and follows through on every commitment he makes. His professional approach and attention to detail give me complete confidence that my belongings are in good hands.
Jennifer, who handles customer communications, has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She's incredibly responsive and always gets back to me promptly, whether I have questions about my storage unit or need to make changes to my account. Her friendly and helpful attitude makes every interaction pleasant and stress-free.

I had a great experience with this storage for several months!
From the first call to move-in, everything went smoothly. The facility feels safe and well-maintained, and the Piero made the whole process stress-free. They always online and open for questions via email.
Location is also perfect(it's Zagreb neighborhood)

Great service. Many thanks to Piero for meeting us on time so we could load our things right when we arrived. We were moving from another country and needed to store most of our belongings for a few weeks until we found housing, so we went straight to the storage facility. When we picked them up, everything was intact and in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

I had the need to export my personal car from Croatia and import it into Montenegro. After many unsuccessful attempts with freight forwarders and moving services (on both sides), I found Credo Movers. I inquired by email if they could help. Jennifer replied the same day, provided a quote for export clearance and transportation the next. The quote was better than others I received. I decided to move forward. Communication was always great and thorough. They were able to expedite the request and received fast approval to export. Transport of my car was arranged from my residence in Croatia all the way to the destination in Montenegro. They also had contacts in Montenegro who were able to handle the import clearance. Both Jennifer and Piero were very proactive and supportive throughout the process. I felt as if I had a real ally. I believe this company has the best customer service I've encountered in the Balkan region. I can highly recommend them for anyone needing to export their personal vehicle from Croatia.
